Chamomile Honey Iced Latte

A refreshing and healthy iced latte made with chamomile tea, honey, and oat or almond milk, perfect for a soothing afternoon drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 Chamomile Tea Bag
  • 1/2 cup Hot Water
  • 1/2 cup Oat or Almond Milk (Chilled)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil about 1/2 cup of water in your kettle or teapot.
  2. Steep the chamomile tea bag in the hot water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of honey while the tea is still warm and stir to dissolve.
  4. Chill the mixture to room temperature or in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooled tea with ice cubes and pour in 1/2 cup of chilled oat or almond milk.
  6. Stir gently to mix everything together and enjoy.

Notes

This latte can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to three days. Adjust sweetness to preference and explore variations with different sweeteners.
