Everything you love about Caesar salad—crisp romaine, creamy dressing, savory Parmesan, crunchy croutons, and juicy chicken—wrapped in a soft tortilla. These Chicken Caesar Wraps are quick, customizable, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons, slightly crushed
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Cherry tomatoes, chopped bacon, avocado slices, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, olives, pepperoncini, shredded carrots, purple cabbage

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss romaine, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 15–30 seconds per side or microwave for 20 seconds between paper towels.
  3. Place 1/4 of the mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly burrito-style. Wrap with foil or parchment if desired.
  4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate wraps tightly wrapped for up to 6–8 hours. Best enjoyed the same day.

Notes

Store filling and tortillas separately for longer freshness. Add extra veggies or swap the chicken for tofu or chickpeas for a vegetarian twist. Great for on-the-go meals and quick lunches.
