Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Donut Holes

Delicious and healthier pumpkin donut holes coated in cinnamon sugar, perfect for fall snacking.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Ground Ginger
  • Ground Cloves
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon Sugar Coating (granulated sugar + ground cinnamon)
  • Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a mini muffin tin or donut hole pan with oil or cooking spray.
  3. Mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fill the pan with batter about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  9. Coat each warm donut hole with melted butter and roll it in cinnamon sugar.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
