Coconut Cardamom Cooling Drink

A refreshing and hydrating drink featuring the unique flavors of coconut and cardamom, perfect for hot days.

  • 1 cup coconut milk, cold
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut for rimming glass
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh cardamom pod for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by rimming your glass with shredded coconut.
  2. Fill it with ice to keep the drink chilly.
  3. Combine the cold coconut milk, coconut water, ground cardamom, honey or agave, and vanilla extract in a pitcher or mixing bowl.
  4. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and ensure the honey is fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into your prepared glass filled with ice.
  6. Give it a gentle stir before drinking to mix the layers.
  7. If desired, top with extra shredded coconut.
  8. Garnish with a fresh cardamom pod to add flavor and presentation.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Avoid freezing to maintain texture.
