Copycat Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino

A healthier version of the Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino, this drink is easy to make and offers a delightful blend of coffee and chocolate flavors without piling on calories.

Ingredients

  • 1/21 cup brewed strong coffee or espresso, chilled
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or your choice of milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar or no-calorie sugar substitute
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup, regular or sugar-free
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
  • 2 tbsp aerosol whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ice and coffee: In your blender, add the fresh ice and chilled brewed coffee or espresso. Blend for a few seconds.
  2. Add remaining ingredients: Next, add in the milk, sugar, chocolate syrup, and xanthan gum (if using). Blend until creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust: Carefully taste your drink and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  4. Serve: Pour the frappuccino into tall glasses and top with aerosol whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
