Cream Cheese & Pepper Jelly Crescent Bites

Delightful bite-sized snacks with cream cheese and pepper jelly, perfect for entertaining or meal prep.

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pepper jelly
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangle-shaped pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, pepper jelly, chives, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, encasing the filling.
  6. Place the rolled crescents on the baking sheet, spacing them out.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

These bites can be prepared in advance and frozen for later use. Serve warm for best flavor.
