Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes and Kielbasa

  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, and chopped onion.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the layered ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir before serving and sprinkle with paprika if desired.
