Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the kielbasa, chopping the onion, and dicing the potatoes. Trim the green beans as needed.
  2. Assemble in the crockpot, placing the sliced kielbasa, diced potatoes, trimmed green beans, and chopped onion.
  3. Add the chicken broth over the ingredients, then sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
  4. Mix all the ingredients gently to combine, ensuring that the potatoes are submerged in the broth.
  5. Set the crockpot to cook, either on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
