Cucumber and Mint Lemonade with Tequila

A refreshing and healthy summer drink combining cucumber, mint, and tequila, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1/4 English Cucumber, chopped (plus slices for garnish)
  • 3 Mint Springs (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 cups Blanco Tequila
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Whisk together fresh lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add chopped cucumber and mint to the pitcher and stir gently.
  3. Let the mixture steep for about 120 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Discard the cucumber pieces and mint springs.
  5. Stir in blanco tequila and water until well combined.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon, cucumber slices, and mint.

Notes

For a lower-calorie version, use a sugar substitute. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
