Easy 2-Ingredient Banana Donut Holes

A healthy and simple snack option, these banana donut holes are a guilt-free treat made from only two ingredients, perfect for meal prep and gluten-free diets.

  • 1 large Ripe Banana (about ½ cup mashed)
  • ¾ cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar or Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil or Vegan Butter

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the self-rising flour with the mashed banana to form a dough.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls, about the size of golf balls.
  4. Prepare the air fryer basket by greasing it lightly.
  5. Air Fry the donut holes at 350°F (180°C) for about 7 minutes.
  6. Coat with melted coconut oil and roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These donut holes can also be made gluten-free by substituting self-rising flour with a gluten-free mix. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for a month.
