Easy Fruit Frappe

A refreshing and healthy fruit frappe that’s perfect for warm days or quick snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2-Liter 7UP or Sprite
  • 1.75 Quart or 1/2 Gallon Solid Flavor Sherbet (raspberry or orange recommended)

Instructions

  1. Defrost the sherbet slightly in the microwave if in a hurry.
  2. Cut the sherbet into six or more chunks.
  3. Combine the sherbet chunks in a large mixing bowl and pour half of the 2-liter bottle of 7UP over it.
  4. Mix with a hand mixer until almost fully combined.
  5. Add the remaining 7UP and mix until smooth and frothy.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves or cherries if desired.

Notes

Use diet soda or sugar-free sherbet for a lower sugar option. Can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
