Floral, Citrus Summer Drink

A refreshing floral and citrus drink perfect for hot days, made with fresh fruits, mint, and a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Citrus Fruits (lemons, limes, oranges)
  • Edible Flowers (lavender, hibiscus)
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Honey or Agave Nectar
  • Water or Sparkling Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash fresh citrus fruits and mint leaves. Slice the lemons, limes, and oranges into wedges.
  2. Blend the Citrus: In a blender, add the sliced citrus fruits and mint leaves with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp and seeds.
  4. Sweeten the Drink: Add honey or agave nectar to taste and stir until dissolved.
  5. Add the Water: Incorporate 2-3 cups of cold or sparkling water into the pitcher and stir to combine.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Pour the drink into glasses with ice and garnish with mint leaves and edible flowers.

Notes

Meal Prep Friendly: Prepare citrus base ahead of time. Store in the fridge for quick serving. Keep leftovers in an airtight pitcher for up to 2 days.
