Floral Lavender Lemonade

A delightful and refreshing drink that blends fresh lemons with soothing lavender, perfect for warm days and outdoor gatherings.

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar (or natural sweetener)
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup of water, the sugar, and dried lavender in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Steep the mixture for about 15 minutes off heat to allow the lavender to infuse.
  3. Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Add the fresh lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
  5. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.

Notes
