Frozen Watermelon Yogurt Bars

Delightful, refreshing frozen yogurt bars combining watermelon and Greek yogurt for a high protein, low-calorie treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon dragon fruit powder or freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cups cubed watermelon
  • Natural sweetener (like honey) to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon by slicing and cubing it.
  2. Blend 1 1/4 cups of watermelon cubes with Greek yogurt until combined.
  3. Add the vanilla whey protein powder, dragon fruit powder, and salt, blending until smooth.
  4. Prepare the watermelon rind by making holes for the ice cream sticks.
  5. Fill the rind with the yogurt mixture and insert ice cream sticks.
  6. Add blueberries on top of the mixture for decoration.
  7. Freeze for at least 240 minutes.
  8. Slice into wedges and enjoy your yogurt bars!

Notes

For a unique flavor, substitute blueberries with raspberries or strawberries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
