Fruit Roll-Ups Ice Cream Bites

A fun and healthier treat combining sweet Fruit Roll-Ups with creamy vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Fruit Roll-Ups
  • Vanilla ice cream (low-calorie or low-sugar recommended)
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Cut parchment paper into small squares.
  2. Unroll each Fruit Roll-Up and cut them into smaller pieces if desired.
  3. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a piece of Fruit Roll-Up.
  4. Wrap the Fruit Roll-Up around the ice cream securely.
  5. Place the wrapped bites on the parchment paper and freeze for about 60-120 minutes before serving.

Notes

These bites are great for meal prep and can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
