Glacial Spark Christmas Punch

A vibrant and festive punch that combines white cranberry, blue raspberry, lime juice, and soda, creating a sweet and zingy holiday treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups white cranberry juice (chilled)
  • 3 cups lemon-lime soda (chilled)
  • 1 cup blue raspberry lemonade or blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional: freeze edible flowers or mint leaves inside)
  • Edible silver glitter or shimmer dust (for sparkle)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Sugared cranberries or blueberries (for garnish)
  • Thin lime slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the white cranberry juice, blue raspberry lemonade (or blue curaçao syrup), lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir until well-mixed.
  2. Just before serving, gently pour in the lemon-lime soda to maintain its fizz. Sprinkle edible silver glitter or shimmer dust on top and stir lightly for a sparkling effect.
  3. Add ice cubes to keep the punch cool, or use decorative ice cubes with edible flowers or mint leaves frozen inside for added elegance.
  4. Float mint leaves, lime slices, and sugared cranberries on the surface to beautify the punch.
  5. Ladle into clear glasses to showcase the frosty blue hue and glittering sparkle. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig or a sugared cranberry on the rim.

Notes

Store leftover punch in the refrigerator in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days for the best flavor. Avoid freezing as carbonation will be lost.
