Grapefruit Ginger Smoothie

A refreshing drink that combines grapefruit and ginger for a nutrient-packed smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 large pink grapefruit
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled
  • 2-inch fresh ginger
  • 34 Medjool dates, to taste
  • 1 cup probiotic yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • Chia seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Peel the grapefruit and remove all the bitter inner skin and seeds with your hands, saving just the segments.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.

Notes

Best served fresh immediately after blending for maximum nutrient retention.
