High Protein Frozen Yogurt

A delicious and healthy high-protein frozen yogurt that’s perfect for weight loss and can be enjoyed by everyone, including those on a diabetic-friendly diet.

  • 1 cup Plain Non-Fat Frozen Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30g) Protein Powder (strawberry or vanilla)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Frozen Mangos
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the base: Place the plain non-fat frozen Greek yogurt, protein powder, ground cinnamon, and sea salt into your food processor or high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Add the fruits: Add frozen raspberries and frozen mangos to the mixture and blend until completely smooth.
  3. Serve and garnish: Spoon it into a serving dish, garnish with fresh raspberries if desired, and enjoy immediately or freeze for later!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. For best flavor, use high-quality frozen fruits without added sugars.
