Iced Lavender Dirty Chai Latte

A refreshing and aromatic iced latte that combines cold brew coffee with lavender for a healthy and delicious beverage.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1 cup Milk of Choice (almond, skim, or low-fat)
  • Ice
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 5 Whole Cloves
  • 1 Inch Ginger, Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Lavender Buds
  • 12 tablespoons Granulated Sugar (to taste)
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Simple Syrup by heating all syrup ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Bring to a boil, watching to avoid overflowing.
  3. Simmer for one minute, then strain through a fine mesh strainer and cool.
  4. Assemble your latte with simple syrup, cold brew coffee, milk, and ice in a glass.
  5. Serve and enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

Tip: Make the simple syrup ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
