Iced Lavender Vanilla Bean Latte

A refreshing iced latte infused with fragrant lavender and rich vanilla, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dried Culinary Lavender
  • 1 Vanilla Bean, split and scraped
  • 2 cups Oat Milk
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a small pot and add the dried culinary lavender. Steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the lavender-infused water into a bowl and discard the lavender flowers.
  3. Add the scraped contents of the vanilla bean to the strained lavender water and stir well.
  4. Blend the lavender-vanilla mixture with oat milk until smooth.
  5. Serve the mixture over ice in a tall glass and enjoy!

Notes

Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to a week. Sweeten naturally with honey or maple syrup if desired.
