  • Fresh Green Beans
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup (low-fat)
  • Button Mushrooms
  • Fried Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the fresh green beans by washing and trimming the ends. Blanch them in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then transfer to ice water.
  3. Sauté the chopped button mushrooms in a stovetop pan until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Combine the sautéed mushrooms, fresh green beans, and cream of mushroom soup in a mixing bowl.
