Lavender Tea with Milk

A soothing beverage that combines calming lavender with creamy milk, offering numerous health benefits and a unique flavor profile.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp Dried Lavender Buds
  • 1/2 cup Hot Water
  • 1/2 cup Half and Half or Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Lavender Bud or Foam Art (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Steep the lavender by placing 1 tsp of dried lavender buds in a tea infuser and pouring 1/2 cup of hot water over it. Let it steep for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea to eliminate the lavender buds by removing the infuser.
  3. Prepare the cream by warming 1/2 cup of half and half or non-dairy milk in a saucepan over low heat and stirring in 1 tsp of honey until dissolved.
  4. Combine the strained lavender infusion with the warmed cream mixture and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with lavender buds or foam art for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

Consider using stevia or monk fruit sweetener instead of honey for a lower-calorie option. Prepare larger quantities of lavender infusion ahead of time for convenience.
