Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

A delightful lemon cream cheese pie that combines creamy texture with tangy lemon flavor, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 (4 oz) tub of Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden and let it cool.
  5. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  6. Add in the 2/3 cup sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mixing until smooth.
  7. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries and chopped mint for added freshness. Can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
