Lemon Thyme Chamomile Tea

A refreshing herbal beverage combining chamomile, lemon, and thyme for a soothing drink.

Ingredients

  • 4 chamomile tea bags
  • 2 lemons, sliced into rounds
  • 6 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 4 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Add the chamomile tea bags, sliced lemons, and thyme sprigs to the boiling water.
  3. Remove from heat and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a teapot or pitcher.
  5. Serve hot or chilled, and enjoy.

Notes

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days. It can be sweetened with honey or enjoyed plain.
