Mango Turmeric Golden Milk Latte

A delightful and nourishing blend of mango and turmeric, perfect for a quick breakfast or a soothing evening drink.

  • 1/2 cup mango puree (or fresh mango blended)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey (or agave)
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk: Start by gently warming the milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Do not let it boil; you want it warm enough to blend well with the spices.
  2. Whisk in spices: Once the milk is warm, take it off the heat and whisk in the turmeric powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, and black pepper.
  3. Combine with mango: Add the mango puree into the milk mixture and blend well for a smooth consistency.
  4. Add sweetness: Stir in the honey and vanilla extract if you’re using it, and mix well.
