Patriotic No-Bake Oreo Pudding Dessert

A festive no-bake dessert featuring creamy layers and a crunchy Oreo crust, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 36 Oreo Cookies, Crushed
  • 6 tbsp Butter, Melted
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Package (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 Cup Whipped Topping
  • Red and Blue Sprinkles or Berries for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust by combining the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until well coated and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. Create the cream cheese mixture by beating the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
  3. Prepare the pudding mixture by whisking together the milk and instant pudding mix in a separate bowl until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  4. Assemble the layers by layering half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by a layer of pudding mixture. Repeat with the remaining mixtures.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with red and blue sprinkles or fresh berries. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Can be made diabetes-friendly with sugar-free ingredients and is great for meal prep.
