Patriotic Swirl Fudge

A vibrant and delicious fudge that celebrates national holidays with rich flavors and festive colors.

Ingredients

  • 600 grams white chocolate chips
  • 400 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking pan by lining an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Add the vanilla extract to the melted mixture, stirring to enhance the flavor.
  4. Divide the melted fudge into three bowls, keeping one plain and adding red and blue coloring to the others.
  5. Create the swirls by dropping spoonfuls of each colored fudge into the pan and swirling them together with a knife.
  6. Add optional sprinkles on top for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for at least two hours until firm.
  8. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

For healthier options, consider using sugar-free chocolate or lighter versions of sweetened condensed milk. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
