Peach Lemonade

A refreshing and healthy drink combining ripe peaches and fresh lemons, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Peaches
  • 2 Fresh Lemons
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Stevia
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Fresh peaches, lemons, water, honey or stevia, and ice cubes.
  2. Prepare the peaches: Wash, cut in half, remove pits, and chop into smaller pieces.
  3. Blend the peaches with 1 cup of water until smooth to form the base of your lemonade.
  4. Strain the mixture using a juice strainer to remove pulp, pushing the juice through with a spoon.
  5. Juice the lemons and remove any seeds.
  6. Combine the peach juice with the lemon juice in a pitcher, adding remaining water as needed. Stir in honey or stevia to taste.
  7. Chill and serve: Add ice cubes to the pitcher or serve over ice-filled glasses, stir well before serving.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness based on the peaches, and consider adding fresh mint or other fruits for variations.
