Pear, Brie & Cranberry Crostini with Thyme-Infused Honey

Delightful crostini topped with creamy brie, fresh pears, tart cranberry sauce, and drizzled with thyme-infused honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce or compote
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Take the baguette slices and place them on a baking sheet. Brush one side of each slice with olive oil.
  3. Bake the slices in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crostini cool slightly.
  5. On each crostini, layer a slice of brie cheese first.
  6. Add a slice of ripe pear on top of the brie.
  7. Follow that with a spoonful of cranberry sauce or compote.
  8. Sprinkle the toasted walnuts on top for crunch.
  9. Drizzle the thyme-infused honey over the crostini.
  10. Serve the crostini immediately and enjoy!

Notes
