Pineapple Cucumber Fresh Water

A refreshing and healthy drink combining tropical pineapple sweetness with crisp cucumber.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices, peeled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender: 1 cup of pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup of cucumber slices, 1 cup of cold water, and 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
  2. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, if desired.
  4. Serve chilled over ice, optionally garnished with cucumber slice or pineapple wedge.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding mint leaves. This drink is great for meal prep and can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
