Pineapple Peach Lemonade

A refreshing drink that blends tropical flavors with the zesty kick of lemons, perfect for summer picnics and barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 2 Peaches, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups Club Soda (or plain sparkling water)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sweetener by combining monk fruit sweetener with water in a small saucepan, heating until dissolved.
  2. Puree the chopped peaches and pineapple in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Combine the lemon juice, peach-pineapple puree, and cooled sweetened water in a large pitcher.
  4. Add the sparkling water just before serving, stirring gently.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with a slice of lemon or peach if desired.

Notes

Make a big batch for meal prep. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days, keeping sparkling water separate until serving.
