  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  3. Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
  4. Layer the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Mix together the chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle this pecan mixture evenly over the pineapple layer.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
