Pumpkin Better Than Sex Cake

  • 1 package yellow cake mix (15.25 ounces)
  • 1 can pumpkin puree (15 ounces)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 4 ounces Heath bits (or crushed toffee)
  • Caramel sundae sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the yellow cake mix and pumpkin puree until the batter is smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Bake according to package instructions, around 25 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes, then poke holes in the surface.
  6. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake.
  7. Refrigerate the cake for 30 minutes.
  8. Spread Cool Whip over the top.
  9. Sprinkle Heath bits over the Cool Whip.
  10. Drizzle caramel sundae sauce all over the cake.
  11. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use sugar-free cake mix and reduced-fat Cool Whip. This cake is great for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
