Pumpkin Pie Crescents

A delightful twist on classic pumpkin pie, these Pumpkin Pie Crescents offer all the flavors of fall wrapped in crispy crescent rolls. Healthy and easy to make!

  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 12 teaspoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Mix together the canned pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  5. Add a heaping teaspoon of pumpkin filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll them up carefully.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Cool the crescents slightly on the baking sheet.
  8. Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
  9. Glaze the crescents generously with the maple glaze.
  10. Serve warm with extra glaze on the side if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. They can be enjoyed cold or reheated.
