Red, White & Boba Sparkler

A refreshing and fun patriotic mocktail perfect for summer gatherings, combining coconut water and fresh fruit juices.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1/8 teaspoon Blue Spirulina (plus more as needed for color)
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Popping Boba
  • 1 cup Canned Coconut Milk (shaken well)
  • 2 cups Cold Water
  • 16 ounces Chilled 7-Up (plus more for topping/preference)
  • 2432 Blue Star Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Make the Blue Star Ice Cubes by combining the coconut water, pineapple juice, water, and blue spirulina; whisk thoroughly and fill molds, then freeze.
  2. Assemble the drinks by adding strawberry popping boba to the bottom of each glass and pouring in shaken coconut milk.
  3. Add the blue star ice cubes to each glass, distributing them evenly.
  4. Top with chilled 7-Up for a fizzy finish.
  5. Garnish with festive straws if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

The blue star ice cubes and boba can be prepared in advance. Store leftover coconut milk in the refrigerator for up to a week.
