Reishi Mushroom Tea for Sleep

A calming reishi mushroom tea recipe designed to help you wind down before bed.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon reishi powder or 1 reishi tea bag
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A splash of milk or oat milk (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour hot water into your favorite mug.
  2. Whisk in the reishi powder, or steep the tea bag for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Stir in honey and a splash of milk if you want that latte vibe.
  4. Add cinnamon on top and inhale for a second.

Notes

Drink 30 to 60 minutes before bed for best results. Adjust sweetness and milk according to your taste.
