Rose Latte with Adaptogenic Herbs

A delightful drink that combines health benefits with a unique floral flavor from rose petals and adaptogenic herbs, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons of RASA
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut butter
  • 12 scoops of collagen peptides
  • 12 drops of stevia or maple syrup (to taste)
  • A pinch of cardamom
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of vanilla bean powder
  • 1 teaspoon of rose petals or rose buds

Instructions

  1. Heat water until boiling.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of RASA to a French press, pour water over it, and cover.
  3. Steep RASA for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Strain RASA into a blender, add in coconut butter, coconut milk, collagen peptides, stevia, cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla bean powder.
  5. Cover and blend until smooth.
  6. Sprinkle rose petals and rosebuds on top.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Not recommended to freeze. You can modify with different flavors or milk alternatives.
