Rose Watermelon Brunch Sangria Punch

A refreshing summer punch combining sparkling rose wine, fresh fruits, and a hint of vodka, perfect for brunch gatherings.

  • 2 Bottles of Sparkling Rose Wine
  • 3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup watermelon juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice
  • A handful of Mint Leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the Sparkling Rose, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, watermelon juice, and vodka to your drink dispenser. Stir until well combined.
  2. Next, add in all your fruit, saving some on the side for garnishing when serving.
  3. Sprinkle in a handful of mint leaves to enhance the freshness.
  4. Gently stir all ingredients together so that the flavors blend well.
  5. Cover your punch and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
  6. When you’re ready to serve, add ice and the sparkling water to give it that fizz. Enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

This punch is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for a day. Avoid freezing as the fruits may lose texture.
