Pink Salt Morning Tonic

A quick and simple morning tonic made with Himalayan pink salt to potentially boost metabolism and curb cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1012 oz room-temperature filtered water
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ fresh lemon, squeezed (optional)
  • Pinch of ground turmeric (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the water into a wide-mouth glass or tumbler.
  2. Sprinkle in the pink salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. If using, squeeze in the lemon and remove any seeds.
  4. Drink slowly, savoring the tonic.
  5. If you added turmeric, swirl again before drinking.
