  • 2 teaspoons Cane Sugar
  • 1 shot Freshly Brewed Espresso

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients, including the ice cubes, cane sugar, and freshly brewed espresso.
  2. Add ice and sugar to the shaker: Pour about ten ice cubes into the shaker and add 2 teaspoons of cane sugar.
  3. Pour in the espresso: Add one shot of freshly brewed espresso to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously: Seal the shaker and shake for about 10 to 20 seconds.
  5. Pour and enjoy: Open the shaker and pour the contents into a glass. Serve immediately while cold.

Notes

For a sweeter option, consider using a sugar substitute like stevia or monk fruit sweetener. You can also store leftover Shaken Coffee in the fridge for a few hours, but it’s best enjoyed fresh.
