A comforting and earthy herbal tea made from reishi mushrooms, perfect for winding down in the evening.

Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoons reishi mushroom slices or 1 tea bag
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Add reishi slices or tea bag to the water.
  3. Simmer for 10-20 minutes based on desired strength.
  4. Strain the tea into a mug.
