  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the Pork Chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce by mixing together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Cook the seasoned pork chops by placing them in the slow cooker and pouring the garlic Parmesan mixture on top.
  4. Slow Cook for 6-7 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
  5. Serve the dish topped with the sauce and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
