Southern Honey Raspberry Ice Tea

A refreshing twist on classic iced tea made with raspberries and honey, perfect for summer gatherings or a healthy treat at home.

  • 2 Cups Freshly Brewed Tea
  • 1 Cup Cold Water
  • 1 Cup Cran/Raspberry Juice
  • 1/81/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/23/4 Cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon or Orange Juice
  • 12 Cups Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients in a large heatproof pitcher, combine the brewed tea, cold water, and your chosen juice. Stir the mixture well to ensure everything is combined.
  2. Add honey to the pitcher. Stir thoroughly until the honey is completely dissolved.
  3. Chill the mixture by placing the pitcher in the refrigerator until the tea is cold, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Prepare to serve by filling your glasses with ice cubes and adding fresh or frozen raspberries.
  5. Pour the chilled tea over the ice cubes and raspberries in each glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a lower sugar option, consider using stevia or another sugar substitute. Can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
