  • 1 Cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • ½ cup Raw Honey
  • Ginger Beer (for topping)
  • Lime Wedges (for garnish)
  • Sliced Cucumbers (for garnish)
  • Sliced Jalapeños (for garnish)
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by muddling the chopped jalapeños and cucumbers with the lime juice.
  2. Combine the muddled mixture with filtered water and raw honey, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Fill your glass halfway with crushed ice.
  4. Add the mocktail mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wedges, sliced cucumbers, and sliced jalapeños.
