Strawberry Chamomile Iced Tea

A refreshing iced tea combining chamomile and strawberries for a soothing yet flavorful beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 Chamomile Tea Bag
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (Optional)
  • 1.5 cups Hot Water
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a kettle or pot.
  2. Steep the chamomile tea bag and sliced strawberries in hot water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea to remove the tea bag and strawberries.
  4. Chill the strained tea in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the chilled tea over ice, adding honey if desired.

Notes

For a lighter option, skip the honey. This tea is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
