  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and slice strawberries, adding honey or sugar if needed.
  2. Make the Dough: Combine flour, yogurt, honey, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until dough forms.
  3. Roll Out the Dough: Roll the dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
  4. Cut the Dough: Use a round cutter to cut the dough into circles.
  5. Fill the Dumplings: Spoon strawberries into the center of each dough circle.
  6. Seal the Dumplings: Fold the dough over strawberries and pinch edges to seal.
  7. Cook the Dumplings: Bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 15-20 minutes or air fry at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Cool and Serve: Let cool before serving, optionally with Greek yogurt.

Notes

For a healthier option, replace honey with stevia. These dumplings can be frozen before cooking for up to a month.
