Strawberry Fresh Water

A delightful, light, and refreshing drink made with fresh strawberries and lime, perfect for hydration and weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or low-calorie sweetener to taste)
  • 4 cups water (divided use)
  • Mint sprigs (optional)
  • Lime slices (optional)
  • Strawberry slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by cleaning and dicing the strawberries. Measure out the lime juice and sugar.
  2. Blend the diced strawberries, lime juice, sugar, and 2 cups of water in a blender until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mixture into a pitcher using a strainer, pressing down to extract as much liquid as possible.
  4. Add the remaining 2 cups of water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Garnish with mint, lime slices, and fresh strawberry slices if desired.

Notes

Consider using a low-calorie sweetener for a lighter version. Store in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days.
