Strawberry Pretzel Salad

A delightful dessert featuring a crunchy pretzel crust, rich cream cheese filling, and sweet strawberry jello layer. Perfect for gatherings or a nutritious treat.

  • 2 cups crushed Pretzels
  • 1/2 cup melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (can use low-fat)
  • 6 oz Strawberry Jello (can use sugar-free)
  • 2 cups Water (or fruit juice for health boost)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Prepare the pretzel crust by crushing pretzels and mixing with melted butter and sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9ร—13 inch baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. Make the cream cheese filling by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Prepare the strawberry jello by boiling water and dissolving the jello.
  6. Add the jello layer over the cream cheese in the baking dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve cold, sliced into squares.

Notes

For a healthier version, use sugar-free strawberry jello and reduced-fat cream cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
