  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and softened cream cheese. Mix everything until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in the strawberry cake mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Fold in the white chocolate chips and M&Ms if you’re using them.
  5. Cover the dough and refrigerate it for at least 60 minutes.
  6. Scoop rounded dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are set while the centers remain slightly soft.
  8. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
