A delicious and creamy tahini dressing that’s nutritious and versatile, perfect for salads, roasted vegetables, and dips.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Fresh Italian parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the tahini, lime juice, cold water, ground cumin, white vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well blended.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more cold water if necessary, and blend again.
  4. Transfer the dressing to a serving bowl for easy serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh Italian parsley to enhance color and flavor.

Notes
